We loved the movie Frozen and I thought these dolls would be a perfect addition to my daughter's collection of Disney Magiclip dolls. Unfortunately, though the description says "Magiclip fashions make changing outfits gentle on little fingers," these dolls do not have Magiclip fashions.

They are the right size and you can put other Magiclip dresses on the Frozen dolls, but their outfits are regular, fabric skirts and a plastic cape.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

I've been a loyal Amazon customer for years but lately it seems that everything is more expensive on Amazon. These dolls for example are selling for almost HALF this price in stores. COME ON AMAZON! Take some control over the price gouging epidemic by your vendors.

As for the dolls, cute and typical Disney quality, which is good. Great gift for any girl up to age 7 or 8. My daughter asked for this for Christams and she is 8. Gave it to my 3 yr old niece for her birthday and she loves it.

You should be able to buy this just about anywhere for $15-25. 4 stars for the dolls, zero stars for Amazon prices.

**** Update **** 12/17/2013

I purchased another one today at Tar get for $19.99, regular price. The first one I purchased for $15 at Tar get (with a buy one Disney item get one half price sale the week after Thanksgiving, so $30 for 2).

Seriously some of the best $6 I have spent on summer stuff this year and a water balloon must have! As a mom of 5 kids and having an arthritis like autoimmune condition in my hands this is the only way to keep up. I didn't even realize it is in made in the USA with recycled materials when I ordered it but extra bonus!!!

I honestly didn't expect much other then dollar store junk. While it is plastic it's not like the stuff the cheap squirt guns use. It actually works easily, well and fast and I just used the diagrams on the back & it worked perfect the first time (the video is only the 2nd time). Even the 6yr old twin girls & almost 8yr old son could do it themselves unassisted on the 1st try after watching me make the video! No matter what the product there will be defective ones... it's worth trying a replacement if you get one that is broken. Also it fits on our hoses fine & is upside down directly on our spicket BUT it still works fine we just do the same thing but a tad differently... it still wraps around the tie rod & then instead of hooking the tie down we pull it up from underneath. I foresee one for our 2nd hose and water ballon wars this summer.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

This "micro" set is a great combination of Lego and Minecraft. It's different from regular Lego sets, it has mostly simple 1x1s and is a much smaller set once assembled (the box is only 3" in length, width, and depth). We bought the Nether and the Village - both sets are great. You can customize modules once constructed, this gives great flexibility with the set. The sets are simple yet don't feel as repetitive as some other Lego sets. Once constructed, the modules are remarkably stable given the smaller frame.

It would be great to have the entire collection, but at $35 a set, it adds up to be quite expensive. Price and availability of these sets seems to be varying quite a bit. I did a fair amount if research and it seems $33-$37 is the range in which these sets typically sell. If they are out of stock, they come back in stock pretty quick, so it might be better to wait for stock rather than pay higher prices (I have seen these selling for as much as $60!).

We bought this toy when my son was about 11 months old. He had been pulling up to standing for quite some time, but just hadn't made the transition to walking yet. As soon as saw this toy he immeditiately pulled to standing and started taking steps! Now, 2 months later, he still uses it even though he can walk on his own. He loves pushing it around the house.

I saw some reviews on the musical version of this toy where some said that the toy was not good for kids pulling up to standing. My son weighed about 20 lbs when he first got it and never had any issues pulling up. The toy never fell over from his weight.

The dress is cute as it can be. However, within 40 minutes of my daughter putting it on it was falling apart. This was her favorite Christmas gift and now she can't wear it. The size is also not as advertised, it is a lot bigger then it says.

Disney FROZEN Travel DRESS-UP TRUNK

Disney FROZEN Travel DRESS-UP TRUNK

CUSTOMER REVIEW

I paid sixty-ish dollars for this because I was in a rush to buy this for Christmas because at the last minute my oldest daughter asked Santa for the Elsa dress. If I would have had more time to shop around, I would not have purchased it from here. The dresses are average to below-average quality for the cheapo Disney dress up variety that you buy at any given store. The below average comes because the "broach" type thing with a picture of the princess sewn on the front no longer is a solid disc, but is now a piece of paper enclosed in plastic. I doubt that this will survive being washed very often... and yes, I know they're not supposed to be washed, but I do so with all my daughters dresses of this type and they do fine. My theory is if they don't survive being washed, they don't belong in my home. On top of that, the dresses are on the smallish side from the description of 4-6x. They fit my toddler who wears a 3T fine and will for awhile, but not my older daughter (who wears a 6T, smaller than a 6x). The jewelry and headbands are average and acceptable quality that you get from Disney. After I ordered this, I saw the same collection available in a rolling trunk (of unknown quality since I didn't go look at it) at a certain store with a bullseye logo for two-thirds the price that I paid. Even that, I believe, is too much to pay for this collection... but at least I would have saved enough to buy the replacement dress that I'm going to have to find for my older daughter.

Gazillion Bubble Machine

Gazillion Bubble Machine

CUSTOMER REVIEW

We've had a number of Gazillion bubble machines.

The first - this one, with an upright rotating set of bubble wands - worked relatively well, but stopped working after maybe a dozen uses. (Granted, one of those uses was for a few hours). When the level of liquid is low, the machine stops making bubbles since it has to pick up enough liquid to cover the wand.

We replaced it the next year with the Typhoon machine - this was awesome, produced a huge quantity of bubbles and worked more reliably since the bubble liquid is sucked up and put on the wands, no matter how low the supply of liquid. It has a large reservoir at the bottom so you don't need to fill it very often - it takes a lot of liquid though.

Our issue now is getting the liquid. Gazillion liquid does produce the best bubbles - they last well, etc. etc. etc. HOWEVER, very few stores stock the liquid, and except for when I first bought the first machine, no-one stocks large size bottles. Even the online vendors like toys.com who are supposed to have them, never have them in stock (I've been on their notify list for a long time!) I've ended up buying from someone in Canada on eBay - otherwise, buying the smaller bottles at ToysRUs, Target, etc. is just too expensive.

Both of these machines don't really work if you try other bubble liquids - other liquids (especially the cheaper kinds in very large size bottles) are much thinner and the liquid drips right off the wands before it has a chance to pass by the blower part to make any bubbles.

We're planning to start making our own bubble liquid and hopefully that will cover us. Otherwise, the machines are useless now.

The dress looks okay for what it is, but the tulle material of the sleeves and skirt top are made of very irritating material. It's rough, and my granddaughter has to wear a long sleeve shirt under it to be able to tolerate the prickly material.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

My husband wanted to get our baby a Gloworm. His desire was based on what he remembered of them from many years ago. The current Gloworms are not nearly as nice as they used to be - they play loud music and aren't nearly as cute.

When I found the Soothe and Glow Seahorse I was so happy! Firstly, it's cute, much cuter than the Gloworm models. Secondly, the music and sounds are also much much better - the music is quality and the volume can be adjusted. The sea sounds are a nice touch as well.

Unlike the Gloworm, the Soothe and Glow Seahorse actually does help baby wind down with it's gentle music and ocean sounds. I would recommend this toy any day.

Crayola 48 Count Sidewalk Chalk

Crayola 48 Count Sidewalk Chalk

CUSTOMER REVIEW

Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?) Well, this is one of those reviews that's hard to write. I think most everyone knows what sidewalk chalk is. Kids love to do that, or at least the kids I know love to do that.

I have seen a few other reviews here talk about broken sticks of chalk. That's not a universal problem, as the box I got did not have any broken chalk. I guess it's down to the individual box and packaging for that issue.

I will say the sticks are larger than I was expecting. It's not super massive, but they're somewhat larger than most other sidewalk chalk sticks I've seen.

I have seen some other reviews talk about the chalk staining clothes and stuff. I don't see any of that either. I guess that's also again down to what kind of clothes your kids are wearing and what they're made out of? I'm sure if you put a purple piece of sidewalk chalk on say satin pants, it might be a problem. :)

Was a nice variety of colors, too.

But the bottom line is it's a kids outdoor toy. It works, my kids liked it. Not a whole lot more to say on this one.

One oddity, when I was writing this review, Amazon asked me how many stars to give this on the toy's educational value. That seems highly subjective - that's up to your individual kid, isn't it? It's chalk. :)
